Choose liquid. Can be water (can be flavored water), milk, soy milk, almond milk or oat milk.
Choose protein . Protein can be protein powders, yogurt (plain or Greek) or tofu.
Choose fat. Good fats can be avocados, almonds, macadamia nuts, walnuts, peanuts, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds.
Choose carbohydrates. Carbohydrates with lots of fiber can be vegetables, berries or fruit (note: banana and melon does not contain much fiber as you use them, be sure to add other fibers, such as flax that are also healthy fat).
